Sergio Molinatto

Direttore Creativo

“Clarity, coherence, elegance. Graphic design is a sort of composition: it consists of patiently measuring out ingredients that are not easy to mix…
To obtain the result it is necessary to choose only pure and original ingredients and change them continuously in ever-changing and ever more beautiful solutions…
The main quality is the sensitivity to be able to read in advance the sensation of the observer…”

From the brochure of the Agency Arc Immagini, 1989

My interest in graphics has very distant origins, in the early 80s, when I attended the “mythical” Bodoni institute in Turin.
Then, after completing my studies, luck allowed me to enter the internal graphics office of Kelémata, a pharmaceutical company, where I began to get to know the world of packaging.
There I lived the years when the graphic designer was still a skilled craftsman, who used Indian ink and French curves, process camera and Shoeller cardboards. Finding the right curvature of a letter, traced with the rapidograph and finished with white tempera, was very laborious; but he left me something. I feel the same satisfaction today, even if I do it with Illustrator paths.

Lettering remains my great passion. I believe that knowing how to choose and combine characters is fundamental in building a recognizable style, a well-defined image.
Subsequently I gained experience in various advertising agencies, up to the moment in which, in 1989, I was able to found my own; it was a dream that I had from the beginning.
Since then it has changed several names, Progetti Arc, Arc Immagini, Arché Comunicazione, and even the techniques have been revolutionized, now there is even the internet.
But at the basis there is always the same desire to create and mix graphic ingredients in new recipes.

Michele Cavaglià

Responsabile di Produzione

“My motto is: fast & curious!”

– 2002 specialization in digital prepress at the cnos-fap center in Castelnuovo Con Bosco
– 2004 graphics diploma at i.i.s. Bodoni – Paravia in Torino
– 2004 starts my collaboration with Arché Comunicazione
– 2011 after a meteoric career, I became a partner of Arché Comunicazione
Thanks to the in-depth knowledge of the most advanced design tools, I can find simple and fast solutions even to the most complicated problems.

In recent years I have gained the experience and expertise necessary to guarantee a result of absolute excellence.
It supports the Agency in updating and improving the design techniques and the creation of mock-ups.

Enza Longo

Fotografa // Amministratrice

What interests me about work is the energy that moves it and the possibility it can offer me to gain experience.

I don’t like stopping at what I know, I like going further, exploring what’s new to integrate it with what has already been learned.
For me work, like life, is the possibility of discovering myself through what I do.

Today, after having lived for a long time in Luxembourg and Spain, I bring my experience and creativity to Arché, becoming an important contribution to the agency.
In addition to being the direct interlocutor for our customers and suppliers, I know how to create or choose the right images for each project.

Elena Chiara

Art Director

“I think the creative process is like a unique journey, to always be lived with courage, curiosity and contamination. Because, if having an intuition is a moment, knowing how to grasp it and being able to translate it into a creative gesture is what can transform the everyday into the extraordinary”.

More than 20 years have passed in this sector and I still cultivate and research my “sense of beauty and functionality” in all its forms of expression, I let myself be inspired by what surprises me, especially if it is essential and unconventional. I reinvent, I question everything, I break the rules for a good cause. With a careful and very personal eye, I love to give a distinctive touch to the brand image and a sign of strong personality to visual communication.

‘You need to be in a state of play to express yourself the most’

I’ve been playing in the Design field for over 10 years.
I consider myself a multidisciplinary graphic designer. I’m always hungry for new ways to express myself. This hunger brought me to know most of the field around the design world.

I focus on the 3D modeling and render. This is now my biggest expression of creativity, but I also have a big passion on writing strings and strings of coding to create great websites that people can interact with.

Fabiana Metello

Graphic Designer

Graduated from the linguistic high school, between hi-tech sales and customer assistance in my trusted hypermarket, I graduated in Design and Visual Communication at the Politecnico di Torino in the very hot July 2016.

I begin my professional career in the graphic field as a support to the marketing office of a well-known local do-it-yourself company, I then landed in Arché, where in addition to supporting the creative team in the design and development of numerous projects, I don’t hesitate to get my hands dirty with hot glue and double-sided tape.

I’m curious, a real enthusiast and I’m not afraid to ask questions. And above all I’m not ashamed when I force everyone to listen to “Un’estate al mare” on Spotify or Paolo Fox’s horoscope.

Francesca Petruso

Art Director

In 2015 I graduated from the Politecnico di Torino in Design and Visual Communication. After an initial work experience in a communication studio in Torino, I landed in the hills of Alba and from 2015 to 2017 I dealt with packaging at Ferrero, between an Estathè and a slice of bread and Nutella.

I have been in Archè Comunicazione for over five years, I deal with creativity in the world of packaging, from the creation of layouts to finish layouts both for the Ferrero group but also for projects not related to the food & beverage world. I like to get involved with enthusiasm in all projects (as well as in the countless soccer ball games), and always be evolving: trying every day to improve myself both from a technical and creative point of view.

I’m a graphic designer like everyone else: I like getting tanned with my computer monitor, getting lost in the Pantone rainbows and looking for inspiration in everything; I don’t like grainy images, spelling errors on restaurant menus and people who think that something is beautiful just because it’s “didesign”.

Chiara De Macchi

Grafica // Calligrafa

“For me, graphic communication is a family affair”

Graduated in applied art, I began my career in 1985 as an accountant and graphic designer in the studio of Piero De Macchi, graphic, calligrapher, type designer, my father.

In 1987 I opened an independent graphic studio, together with my husband Silvio Bosco and since 2005 we have been collaborating intensely with Arché Comunicazione.

We mainly deal with executives for printing, lettering and packaging.

The Bosco studio is a separate entity, but the partnership that binds us is synergistic and is made up of experience, patience, dedication and originality.

Stefano Ronco

Graphic Designer

Active for over 15 years, first as a copywriter and then as a communication designer in various Piedmontese start-ups, I found in Archè a reality capable of putting myself to the test every day.

Curious by nature, collector of stories, poised between “nerd” and sport, I bring my interests to my work between images, words and a bit of healthy irony.

Giorgia Laguzzi

Graphic Designer

I create graphic concepts and between prints, cuts and finishes I dedicate myself to the customization of mock-ups and prints for furniture..
Right arm in Arché Lab, I have a background in graphics, photography and cinematography, which I complete with practical sense and the ability to work with ease on printing machinery.

Graduated as a graphic designer from Colle Don Bosco in 2009, I started working in a small company of graphic customization of gadgets, digital printing, signs and billboards, where I learned to work with manual skills and multiplicity on different machines.

After five years, I realized that in that context I could not grow further. So I decided to put myself to the test and enroll in the evening course in graphics, photography and cinematography at Bodoni, to strengthen my graphic and creative skills.
To welcome me at the end of that path, there was Arché.

Elisa Tamietti

Graphic Designer

I support my colleagues by designing and developing layouts of all kinds, I look for the most appropriate solutions to convey clear messages without sacrificing aesthetic impact.

I am the youngest in the Archè family: I graduated in 2018 in Communication Design at the IAAD, in the same year I worked with the Italdesign company and later in the Good Mind studio of Pininfarina in Torino.

My favorite command is ctrl + Z, I question the project I’m doing all the time to get to the best possible result. I like the “BBBBeautiful” packaging and when I find them, they always end up in the cart and then never opened.

Marco Musso

Graphic Designer

“Typography, graphics, illustration, prototyping, coordinated image…
There are a thousand aspects that all come together in the macrosystem called Visual design”.

The Visual designer is not only an artist, a creative or a technician, but he is the one who knows how to develop visual materials to communicate messages in the most effective way possible.

Freelance by choice, I found in Arché the ideal environment to express my artistic and technical side by supporting both the laboratory and the creative team.
